Implement QA/QC activities at work site, including subcontractor works, in accordance with approved QCP / ITPs, procedures, and method statements.</li><li>
Review all material, welding, and testing-related deliverables.</li><li>
Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with Company HSE policies, procedures, and specifications.</li><li>
Attend stage-wise inspections, witness, and hold points as per approved ITP.</li><li>
Perform receiving inspections of project materials and review MTCs / MRBs.</li><li>
Witness WPS / PQR and welder qualifications; inspect weld joints and sign off related reports.</li><li>
Review test packs, verify compliance, and witness pressure and leak testing.</li><li>
Participate in daily progress meetings with EPC contractors and highlight any piping-related issues.</li><li>
Review and certify red mark-ups and final as-built drawings.</li><li>
Provide regular feedback to QA/QC Engineer on daily quality issues.</li><li>
Raise and follow up on NCRs, ensuring timely closure in line with project requirements.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>
Certification in AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 (mandatory).</li><li>
ASNT / PCN Certification in NDT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT/LPT).</li><li>
Minimum 8 years of experience as a welding inspector in Oil &amp; Gas EPC projects.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience on major EPC / pipeline / plant projects.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding inspection, and testing of valves (Ball, Globe, Gate, etc.).</li></ul></div>
