This Omni Marketing Manager position works out of our Bentonville, AR location in the Nutrition Division. What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually and eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Shopbop is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Influencer Business Development Manager to grow our Influencer Program. This role will serve as the primary business partner to a portfolio of managed influencers, driving growth through strategic relationship management, sales performance analysis, creative collaboration, and program innovation. The ideal candidate is both analytically minded and deeply embedded in the influencer landscape, with a proven ability to build partnerships that drive measurable business results. 
 
A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of the creator and marketing landscape and works well across multiple stakeholders. Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience</li><li>Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion</li><li>Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)</li><li>Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns</li><li>Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
