About This Role
We're not looking for someone who cuts clips and adds subtitles. We're looking for the editor who watches 20 minutes of raw footage and pulls out the three-second hook and 30-second segment that stops 50,000 people mid-scroll.
This role is built around one metric: revenue. The best-performing clips become paid ads. The rest build the brand. You own both.

What Your Days Actually Look Like
You create 10-30 short-form pieces per week across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad creative for Meta and YouTube.
You pull from long-form case studies and interviews of our real clients. You find the moments that hit. You write the hooks. You edit the video. You design the creative. And when a clip needs more than a talking head to land, you know what to add and how to make it. A member drops a line about reading 10 books in a quarter? You open Higgsfield and generate a clean match cut of those covers in minutes. The story calls for a data visualization or a framework graphic? You build it. A transition needs texture? You create a photo treatment or a motion asset that earns its place in the frame. Tastefully. Not AI slop that &quot;technically fills the gap.&quot; Something with intent. Something a creative director would actually approve.
You understand why one version converts and another doesn't, and you have the instinct to test the next variation before anyone asks.
