The Site Administrator (NSR) reports to the Human Resources Manager, and the primary role is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team, Contracts and Site Services Lead and Site Management Team and other personnel as required, as it relates to functional and operational office activities.
You will be required to actively contribute towards achieving the Company&rsquo;s vision by demonstrating a clear commitment to the following values:
Duties include:<div><ul><li>
Provide specific assistance to the General Manager, Human Resources Manager and Contracts and Site Services Lead and/or their delegate.</li><li>
Provide general clerical and administrative service to other management team members.</li><li>
Process travel and accommodation bookings for employees existing and new, contractors and onsite visitors including schedule changes and travel modifications.</li><li>
Perform office duties including the updating of internal phone listing, distribution of mail and freight, office purchasing requirements, site communications, purchasing and regular reports.</li><li>
Coordinate onsite meetings, activities and community events as requested, which includes planning and execution of events.</li><li>

 The Details:
Working a 15 day on, 13 day off rotating schedule, up to 12 hours a day or more at a remote campsite. Extreme conditions, including but not limited to extreme and changing weather conditions, dust, mud, varying levels of noise, varying degrees of light and dark, in and around artificial light and in a confined work area.
Employees are required to stay on site at the company provided camp during the work rotation. Camp facilities provide dining service, games room, exercise &amp; weight room, sauna, and accommodation rooms. Dormitory rooms have a land line phone, great Wi-Fi &amp; cable TV. Cell service is available through Wi-Fi. The Company provides a bus service to and from Fairbanks, Delta Junction and Tok, Alaska.

As the Systems Administrator for University Marketing and Communications , you will responsible for supporting the design, management, and the troubleshooting of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on AWS for WSU&rsquo;s WordPress platform (WSUWP). Reporting to the central Web Communications and Development team, the you will manage server configurations, maintain CI/CD pipelines, managing backups, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability, security, and performance of WSUWP networks. You will also explore and support emerging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve system performance, content workflows, and user experience across the WSU WordPress platform.
In this role, you will support the WSU system by ensuring the integrity, availability, and performance of its WordPress servers and networks. This position requires technical expertise in server management, security, and troubleshooting. You will also working closely with developers and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the university system to support the smooth integration of applications and services.
