The Site Manager is responsible for managing the construction of one or more sites. He/She sets up and monitors the overall organization of the sites in<br>
conjunction with the Site supervisors . He/She must comply with all the safety, quality and technical regulations and standards in force. He/She is also responsible<br>
for ensuring that the works progress smoothly in compliance with costs, deadlines and resources. He/She reports to the Head of Regional Site Teams (regularly)<br>
and reports functionally to the Operation Manager of the GCP Ops Site Works department. He/She is responsible for site record management and provides<br>
feedback at site closure</div><div></div><div><br>
Key responsibilities / activities:</div><div></div><div><br>
1- Schedule drafting and monitoring supervision<br>
Ensure compliance with the project schedule.<br>
Supervise the drafting and monitoring of site schedules in conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, if required.</div><div></div><div><br>
2- Budget management<br>
Validate, with the Project Manager, the objectives, costs, deadlines, resources established when the estimate was prepared and updated when the work begins in the form of an internal contract.<br>
Organize the site in compliance with the budget objectives set at the start of the project in conjunction with the Project Manager.<br>
Identify opportunities for reducing expenditure.<br>
Keep track of any discrepancies in expenditure with respect to the budget in the monthly report and explain them.<br>
Keep the NCR monitoring and opportunity &amp; claim folder up to date.<br>
Manage the risks inherent in the site (identify them and find all the solutions required to eradicate or avoid them).</div><div></div><div><br>
3- Project preparation<br>
Prepare the project, before work starts on the site, in conjunction with the various departments, the GCP /Ops Operation department and Site Works Coordinator, the Project Manager: Design review,<br>
contract kick off meetings, site staff mobilisation, etc.<br>
Prepare the budget quote for the internal contract in conjunction with the site works coordinator.<br>
Define the assembly methodologies with the site works coordinator and how they can be adapted to the contractual requirements of the project.<br>
Pass this work plan on to the project Site supervisors.<br>
Set up the organizational structure and the offices on the site.</div><div></div><div><br>
4- Project / site management<br>
Comply with the site organizational requirements as defined with the Project Manager and the GCP /Ops Operation department.<br>
Manage the project in conjunction with the Site supervisor(s) (in accordance with the job specifications, the contractual terms, the Assignment order, the Quality plan, the HSE plan and the operating<br>
procedures).<br>
Accept and store the equipment and devices on site.<br>
Ensure that the site organization and the work execution procedures, tests and commissioning and all the resources used on the site(s) (buildings, containers, machines, vehicles) comply with the current<br>
legislation and the local regulations. With respect to HSE issues, He/She relies on the HSE manager on each site.<br>
Provide the Site Works Coordinator with technical support, if required.</div><div></div><div><br>
5- Compliance with Quality of service/supply<br>
<ul><li>Set up a site quality plan</li><li>Take all the measures required to control the products supplied by the customer and incorporated in the works and operate or ensure the operation and quality of the site(s) in accordance with the</li></ul>
project operating procedures, folders and instructions received in order to comply with the Quality Management System. (NCR monitoring, etc.)<br>
<ul><li>Understand and qualify the customer's facilities in order to propose improvement works or solutions.</li></ul>
_ Ensure that the monitoring, test and commissioning equipment and devices are maintained, routinely checked, calibrated, transported and delivered to the site.<br>
&quot;AS BUILT&quot; drawings<br>
<ul><li>Ensure, in conjunction with the site and test supervisor(s), that all the operators, including the subcontractors, have updated their drawings and that when the site is finished, the site &quot;RED MARKS&quot;</li></ul>
documents are sent to the Design Office to enable the final &quot;AS BUILT&quot; documents to be completed</div><div></div><div><br>
6- Interface with the Project Manager and reporting<br>
In conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, draw up the following documents and send them to the Project Manager and the GCP /Ops Operation department: monthly status report with discrepancy<br>
monitoring, monthly progress report, minutes of meetings, statement of damage occurring during transportation and on site, state of the equipment on arrival on site, condition of the final stocks, operating<br>
incident records, equipment incident records, non-conformance records, etc.</div><div></div><div><br>
7- End of projects<br>
At the end of the project, in conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, prepare all the items required for the end-of-project assessment and feedback with the organization responsible for the contract<br>
and ensure that the annotated documents and drawings (assembly, tests, etc.) are centralized at the end of the project in order to check that they are valid before sending them to the Project Manager<br>
and to the customer, after approval by the Project Manager.</div><div></div><div><br>
8- Compliance with HSE requirements<br>
Ensure that Health and safety requirements are applied at site (Local regulatons, SE directives, customer requirements)<br>
Ensure that the resources to be allocated on site, the skills, experience, accreditation level according to the nature of the work to be done are adapted.<br>
Implement, manage and update site safety plan and risk assessment related. Make sure that FSRs and Sub contractors under his/her/her responsibilty apply HSE rules.<br>
Perform site safety inspections..<br>
Conduct periodic safety meetings and manage action plans.<br>
Manage safety incidents and take immediate actions.<br>
Monitor, document, track and review safety KPI.</div><div></div><div><br>
9- Authority<br>
According to the skills, means and authority, the site manager has overall responsibility for the EHS aspects on sites for which he/she is responsible.</div><div></div><div><br>

   Ensure the safety of all operations and maintenance personnel by utilizing the APQ Basic Safety Practice program, which includes Safety Work Permits, LOTO, Confined Space, etc. The position facilitates planning, organizing, auditing, and follow-up, to build the Air Products safety culture into the APQ. Meet the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility on product supply.

   Responsible for performing all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and written or oral instructions from Superintendent.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure that maintenance notifications in SAP are carried out correctly. Verify SAP notification on field and approved with basic data i.e. functional location, malfunction description, damage code, priority, and hazard information.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in pre-work visits with Maintenance and Contractors to identify risk activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure each work permit related documents are prepared and handed over to the team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in preparing maintenance or process shutdowns and turnarounds i.e. scope of works, prioritization of notifications (define consequences of malfunctions in terms of sector availability).
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in area daily meeting and share the maintenance plan with team to ensure all equipment&rsquo;s are prepared for scheduled maintenance works (corrective and preventive).
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in maintenance plan daily meetings with the Maintenance Leader and Planners to analyze daily notifications, and to contribute to the updating of the weekly maintenance schedule.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure equipment&rsquo;s readiness for maintenance activity and after completion back to operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and organize regular equipment testing and routine preventive Maintenance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in the marking priority maintenance activities to guarantee the reliability and operational continuity of equipment and to agree the date of repair.
  </li>
  <li>
   Release and ensure all work permit precautions and required conditions are fulfilled, maximize safe work permit practices by healthy communication &amp; frequent site visits, ensure zero permit deviation
  </li>

   Manage interface with all support departments for maintenance activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Need to have the necessary skills for conducting risk assessment and participate in unusual operational or maintenance activities.
  </li>

   Contribute to achieving routine maintenance KPIs and objectives specific to the se reliability, planning and scheduling.
  </li>

   Ensure availability and updating of required procedures and schedules for special operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure minimum forced tags &amp; bypasses during operation by proper maintenance planning. Follow SIF procedure for forced tags &amp; bypasses.

   Build the plant technical capability through support coordination from Air Product&rsquo;s Regional and Global teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide coaching and motivation to the operations team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop, train, and promote top performing operation personnel who achieve success through teams, customer and employee focused, foster open communication, performance driven, and results oriented.
  </li>

   Establish &amp; maintain close working relationships with engineering and maintenance personnel to continuously monitor &amp; evaluate plant systems &amp; equipment.
  </li>

   Provide operations and maintenance support and participate / lead incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis. Identify &amp; implement sustainable corrective action(s).
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as the Single Point of Contact when dealing with internal issues of the facility, representing APQ and coordinating internal resources.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, services, continuous improvements, and meeting of budgets.

  Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

 </strong>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering a minimum.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 10 years minimum in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance function. Air Separation and /or Steam Methane Reformer Operations a plus.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 6+ years in line supervision of process operations roles.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proven coordination experience in a multi team environment which includes operations, engineering, and maintenance.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Good leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively throughout all levels within the organization and externally.
 <br/>
 <br/>

 Ability to communicate and manage customer interactions on a daily basis.

 Wide technical knowledge in operations, engineering, and maintenance activities.
