<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering
</li>
<li>At least 10 years&rsquo; experience in manufacturing management
</li>
<li>Proven experience on welding production lines</li>
<li>
Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
</li>
<li>Knowledge of Environment, Health &amp; Safety (EHS) rules and regulations
</li>
<li>Familiarity with lean management tools, methods, and culture
</li>
<li>A certification in project management or lean methodologies
</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills with experience in team management
</li>
<li>Proficiency in English and digital analytics tools for managing manufacturing activities</li> 
</ul>
