General Description.

Key Duties.

This HUD-funded Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) project includes extensive upgrades, system replacements, and interior reconfigurations that will modernize the building and expand high-quality affordable housing options for low-income seniors in Waukegan, Illinois. 
The Superintendent will oversee all field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver the project on schedule and within budget. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Superintendent will be responsible for all functions of the job site as it relates to day to day on-site construction activities. The position must be able to manage multiple projects and multiple subcontractors from site development through occupancy while monitoring job costs, construction quality and scheduling.
