Registered Nurse - RN Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs.</li>
<li>Communicate needs of residents to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc.</li>
<li>Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.</li>
<li>Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other therapeutic nursing interventions as directed.</li>
<li>Observe residents for changes in health status and report any concerns.</li>
<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, treatments, and progress in electronic medical records (EMRs) or paper charts.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as facility policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a compassionate and empathetic environment.</li>
