About the Role

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Perform professional, high-quality facial treatments including peels, LED therapy, and microdermabrasion</li><li>
Tailor product recommendations to meet individual client skin care needs</li><li>
Educate clients on the benefits of regular facial treatments as part of a wellness routine</li><li>
Promote client retention through personalized service, product recommendations, and membership referrals</li><li>
Participation in ongoing product and protocol training provided by vendors</li><li>
Support retail sales through suggestive selling of proprietary skincare products</li><li>
