Experience Requirements (Two Acceptable Paths)<ul>

Path A &ndash; Experience: 2+ years hands‑on content creation/editing experience
</li><li>Path B &ndash; Education: Formal study in social media, marketing, or content creation with readiness to execute immediately</li></ul> 
Portfolio Required (work, school projects acceptable)
Required Skills<ul>
<li>
Video editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Photo editing (Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok</li>
<li>Comfortable filming in a retail environment</li>
<li>Strong organization and follow-through</li></ul>
