 This role sits on the global social team, working closely with social strategists and content managers to design social-first visuals that resonate with collectors, fans and the hobby community. You will develop designs from brief to concept, producing creative assets for our suite of accounts, primarily focusing on our flagship Topps handle. Experience in trading cards or collectibles isn&rsquo;t required, but a real interest in the culture of collecting is.

 We're seeking a motivated digital designer who's eager to grow their skills while leveraging AI tools. You will execute an array of ad suites, emails, and marketing deliverables for our dog-obsessed toy and food divisions, and much more! You must be a creative collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional digital design skills, and obviously must love dogs!
 
 
 
 KEY DUTIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Design and deliver creative advertising content, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) paid social ad formats, email, web, and storytelling for existing customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with strategy leads and internal Art and Copy teams to develop outstanding creative campaign materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and test different creative executions, iterate and bring learnings into each new creative assignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Creative and Art Directors to further develop the expression of our unique brand voice in the world
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage design quality throughout all phases of a project
 </li>

 Speak articulately and collaborate with digital marketing team members, content writers, and developers

 EXPERIENCE
 
 
 :

 3-5 years of experience in digital design for marketing
 </li>

 Strong layout and typography skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma required
 </li>
 <li>
 Curiosity about and experience with AI creative tools is required

 Experience and/or interest in motion graphics is a plus!
