The roleis based at our Al Ain head office and reports directly to the ChiefExecutive Officer.This is a hands-on position for a creative professional who can operatefluently across marketing strategy, graphic design, and photography &mdash;producing campaigns, designing brand collateral, and capturing originalvisual content for all AKME outlets.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand &amp; Marketing- Develop and execute monthly content strategy across the AKME portfolio- Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches, and outletactivations- Manage social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and GoogleBusiness profiles for all outlets- Monitor performance metrics and present monthly reports to leadershipDesign- Produce in-house design for menus, packaging, signage, printcollateral, and digital assets- Adapt master brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands whilepreserving each identity- Coordinate with external designers, printers, and fabricators asrequiredPhotography &amp; Content Production- Plan and execute photoshoots for food, beverage, product, and outletenvironments- Capture lifestyle, editorial, and behind-the-scenes content- Edit and retouch images to AKME's visual standard- Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTokCoordination- Liaise with outlet managers to identify stories and operationalmoments worth amplifying- Maintain a centralised brand asset library- Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and freelance creativesRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or relateddiscipline- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in marketing, content, orcreative production- F&amp;B, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite &mdash; Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro- Demonstrated photography and videography skills supported by a strongportfolio- Refined eye for minimal, premium design and typography- Proven experience producing content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is anadvantage- Based in Al Ain, or willing to relocate to Al Ain- Valid UAE driving licence preferred- Portfolio submission is mandatoryWhat We Offer- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- Full employment visa and medical insurance in accordance with UAELabour Law- Professional camera and equipment provided by AKME Group- Based at our Al Ain head office within a growing multi-brand group- Direct access to executive leadership and meaningful influence onbrand direction- An environment that values craft, autonomy, and creative ownershipPay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
