<li>Create original templates, branded assets, and visual systems that maintain consistency while allowing for platform-specific creativity.</li>

Social Media Management &amp; Community Engagement
<ul><li>Schedule and publish content across all platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or Buffer.</li>
<li>Monitor comments, DMs, and interactions daily; respond promptly with professional, friendly, and grammatically correct replies to nurture relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.</li>
<li>Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, clicks) and provide clear, insight-driven reports with recommendations for improvement.</li>

Brand &amp; Creative Support Across the Organization
<ul><li>Occasionally support light influencer outreach or partnership content by creating custom graphics and suggested captions for the relevant brand(s).</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal marketing leads and stakeholders from each company on campaign themes, product launches, and cross-brand initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure every piece of content adheres to the specific brand guidelines of each internal company while aligning with overarching organizational standards for tone, typography, color, and imagery.</li>

Requirements &amp; Qualifications:
<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience as a social media graphic designer, content creator, or similar in-house or multi-brand role (portfolio required &mdash; must showcase both design work and writing samples from multiple brands or clients).</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva Pro + Adobe Creative Suite preferred).</li>
<li>Excellent written English with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation&mdash;writing samples or a short test may be requested.</li>
