You will sit within the Global Integrated Media Team, a nimble global center of excellence directly responsible for shaping, driving, and delivering strategic media campaigns globally for Asset Management and the Private Bank, reporting to our Head of Social Media. The successful candidate is an experienced social media marketer, skilled in executing high-impact, tactical marketing programs that are results-oriented, on-brand, engaging, and innovative, with diverse client management experience. As the Social Media Strategist and Community Manager Associate within Asset Management, you will help manage and execute programs across the firm's organic social media channels. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content development, and/or managing social media channels for brands or publishers</li><li>
Savvy user with experience in content creation and campaigns across essential social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, WeChat)</li><li>
Experience using social management, monitoring, and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Hearsay, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)</li><li>

We're looking for a passionate Social Media marketing manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing program across Uber and Uber Eats. In this role, you will manage influencer creative and media agencies to deliver world-class influencer campaigns that are culturally relevant, platform-native, measurable, and built to drive both brand impact and business growth for Uber. You will manage creative, influencer, talent, media, and measurement partners to deliver world-class influencer campaigns across paid, organic, earned, and creator-led channels. This role requires deep expertise in creator strategy, influencer identification, talent partnerships, content development, paid amplification, platform trends, and campaign measurement. You will report directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing and will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across the organization, including Comms, Global Social, Media, Data Science, Performance Marketing and more. What the Candidate Will Do

</li><li>Creative Management: Work directly with agencies and internal teams to oversee influencer identification, vetting, outreach, contracting, onboarding, content review, approvals, posting logistics, and performance recap processes. Build a roster of creators across tiers, communities, verticals, and platforms who can authentically represent Uber and Uber Eats.
</li><li>Agency Management: Manage influencer agencies to deliver breakthrough creator-led work. Ensure partners are operating against clear briefs, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance expectations.
</li><li>Creative Development &amp; Content Excellence: Partner with creators, agencies, and internal teams to develop content that feels native, entertaining, credible, and effective. Push for a high creative bar while balancing authenticity, platform behavior, brand safety, and business priorities.
</li><li>Paid, Organic &amp; Earned: Develop influencer programs that connect paid social, organic social, earned media, and creator-led storytelling. Partner with Media and Global Social teams to determine which influencer assets should be amplified, repurposed, whitelisted, or integrated into broader media plans.
</li><li>Platform &amp; Creator Ecosystem Expertise: Stay at the forefront of creator trends, platform updates, cultural moments, emerging formats, and influencer best practices. Build relationships with key platform partners and creator ecosystem partners to identify first-to-market opportunities, testing plans, and optimization strategies.
</li><li>Measurement, Optimization &amp; Reporting: Work with Data Science, Research &amp; Insights, Media, and agency partners to define and execute an influencer measurement framework. Analyze campaign performance, identify actionable insights, and socialize learnings to improve future programs.
