 Qualifications
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or Business Administration.
 
 &bull; Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, healthcare, or B2B sectors.
 
 &bull; Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing).
 
 &bull; Strong communication and writing skills in Turkish and English.
 
 &bull; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 
 &bull; Creative mindset with analytical thinking &mdash; able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
 
 &bull; Team player who can coordinate effectively between internal and global teams.
 
 
 Technical Skills
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
 
 &bull; Experience with CRM and email automation platforms (e.g., Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
 
 &bull; Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
 
 &bull; Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and website performance tracking.
 
 &bull; Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
 
 &bull; Knowledge of Canva or similar tools for preparing simple visual materials is a plus.
