STIPEND POSITION OVERVIEW:</b> Behavioral Health Services (BPS School Psychology Department) has received a grant and seeks to develop a talent pool of current BHS School Psychologists, School Counselors, and Social Workers to provide field supervision to university students. We will need approximately 15 school psychologist field supervisors, 15 social work supervisors, and 10 school counseling supervisors.</p><p></p><p><br>
This opportunity will occur weekly from August 18, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The stipend will be paid at the flat rate of $2,000 for the school year.</p><p><b>
Please note that this program is funded by the US Department of Education (DoE). RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p>
They will be responsible for completing activities listed in the Project PROVIDE Field Supervisors Responsibilities and Checklist that include:</p><ul><li>
Establish a <b>weekly</b> meeting schedule with your intern for the entire school year outside of contractual hours</li><li>
Attend Project PROVIDE professional development sessions outside of contractual hours;</li><li>
Attend a virtual kick-off event on <b>Monday, September 14, 2026 11:00am &ndash; 1:00pm</b>;</li><li>
Attend an all-day in-person behavioral health conference planned for<b> January 4, 2027</b>;</li><li>
Attend and track professional development (PD) activities outside the school day and attend monthly professional development after school. This will include but is not limited to;</li><li><ul><li>
A set of required trainings (Trauma 101, De-escalation) due by October 2, 2026 and;</li><li>
Eight additional trainings offered by Project PROVIDE due by June 5, 2027. PD must be approved by program administrators to remain in compliance with DoE grant expectations.</li></ul></li><li>
Keeping your camera turned on during PD sessions.</li><li>

Complete data requests as needed including but not limited to:</li><li><ul><li>

Peer Support is a program that provides individualized recovery-focused intervention to adults to enhance development of natural supports, coping mechanisms and other skills necessary to function as independently as possible in the community. <b>Position Summary:</b></div>
<p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Employment Supports Supervisor to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will oversee and support a team that provides employment services and supports to individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Supervise and provide guidance to Community Employment Supports staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li>
<li>Coordinate and monitor employment support services for individuals in the community.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized employment plans in collaboration with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and relevant regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with community partners, employers, and service providers to expand employment opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to client progress and program outcomes.</li>
<li>Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members.</li>
<li>Address and resolve any client or staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education/Qualifications:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in employment supports, vocational rehabilitation, or related services.</li>
<li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of community resources, employment services, and disability supports.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation for community visits.</li>
