Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems</li><li>

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience</li><li>
Experience building software solutions to address complex business problems.</li><li>
Hands-on practical experience in microservices, system design, spring boot application development, kafka event streaming platform, automated testing, CI-CD pipelines and operational stability</li><li>
Proficient in coding in Java, J2EE,
</li><li>Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining event driven systems code in a large corporate environment and database development</li><li>
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle</li><li>
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)</li><li>
