Position Summary

The Senior Director, Technical Solutions, will work with the assigned project advocates and leads on the overall delivery of education software. This position will report to the Vice President of Education Delivery and Technology Solutions. The primary focus of the position is to understand all education technology needs, manage/balance requests and requirements across these platforms, and ensure updates and delivery are within scope, schedule, and budget. North Stone is seeking a Team Lead / Agile Delivery Manager to support application development and sustainment activities for a government customer. The Agile Delivery Manager will serve as the Scrum Master and technical team lead, working directly with the the client&rsquo;s Program Manager to coordinate development activities, assign support tickets, and ensure the development team delivers high-quality software solutions aligned with mission requirements.</div>

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.</li><li>
Monitor team workload and ensure balanced task distribution and productivity.</li><li>
Ensure development activities follow Agile and DevSecOps best practices.</li><li>
Track progress and communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership.</li><li>
Coordinate with engineers, QA personnel, and DevSecOps teams to ensure successful delivery.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and team performance.</li></ul>
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::

Required Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Active DoD Secret Clearance.</li><li>
Ability to obtain and maintain Privileged and SIPR access.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>
5+ years of experience supporting Agile software development teams.</li><li>
Experience serving as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.</li><li>
Experience managing tasking, ticket queues, and development priorities.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li></ul><div>
Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).</li><li>
Experience supporting DoW or USAF Cloud One cloud environments.</li><li>
Experience managing DevSecOps development environments.</li><li>
