   Build and ship features across our React frontend and Python/FastAPI backend
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to solve real customer problems
  </li>

   Contribute to internal tools that help our team work more efficiently

   Work with data systems that drive risk assessment and claims decisions
  </li>

   Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team rituals

  </li>

   Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design

 We're looking for new grad engineers to help build the systems that power our AI agents. You'll work across the backend, from data pipelines and integrations to agent infrastructure, shipping features alongside experienced engineers.
