Trainee Software Developer &ndash; Contour</div></div><div><div> 
The Position: 
We are looking for Trainee Software Developers to join one of our R&amp;D teams. The selected candidates will be trained for 3 to 6 months to become good developers capable of working on enterprise-level applications. Following the completion of the internship period, there is a good chance of securing full-time employment based on satisfactory performance during the internship. 
 
The chosen individuals will work out of the Contour Software Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&amp;D department. 
 
Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Excellent communication skills in English.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good programming concepts and knowledge of Java, .NET, or Python programming.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good programming concepts and knowledge of frontend programming with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong relational database concepts with SQL queries.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong knowledge of different code generation AI tools, LLM, and Machine Learning concepts.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their use in software development.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good knowledge of AI-assisted development tools, such as code generation or productivity tools such as Github Copilot, Cursor etc.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good knowledge of SQL Server.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good level of knowledge of REST APIs.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
A quick learner, with attention to detail, and a commitment to meet deadlines.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
