Minimum qualifications:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, with a focus on C++ and operating systems.</li>
<li>3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with application design and architecture.</li>
<li>3 years of experience with Android application and internals development, including working with AOSP or system-level services.</li>

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities</b></h2><ul>
<li>Write and test product or system development code for Android platform system and services to control Beam hardware (e.g., cameras, power, display, USB, and thermal systems).</li>
<li>Participate in, or lead design reviews to decide amongst available technologies for infrastructure improvements, including startup stability, calibration, and health monitoring.</li>
<li>Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency) across the Beam OS code base.</li>
<li>Contribute to existing documentation or educational content for developer workflow tools and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback to support the broader engineering organization.</li>
<li>Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations.</li>
