The Opportunity
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the individuals that make up the software engineering department. You will be responsible for the health of the environment in which these individuals create, code, validate, implement, and support Ag Leader products. Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $240,110.00

This individual will work with the software development team using agile principles to build components that meet customer requirements. They will be encouraged to propose innovative ideas, develop creative solutions, and support continuous process improvement.
