Job Description:
You will play a key role in supporting the Project Engineering Manager in the delivery of budgeted tasks, bids, installations and support to first line delivery teams through the efficient employment and tasking of systems, hardware and software engineers.

The position</h2>

We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Manager to lead, support and develop our engineering teams. This is a hybrid management role that combines people leadership with day-to-day team guidance, while remaining closely connected to the engineering environment.

As Software Manager, you will be responsible for setting direction for the team and creating the conditions for success. You will support engineers in their professional development, manage performance and review processes, and guide the team in adopting engineering best practices. While you won&rsquo;t be responsible for defining strategy, you will play a key role in ensuring the team is aligned, focused and moving in the right direction.

In short, you are responsible for driving the team forward, helping engineers perform at their best and ensuring the team achieves its goals together.

<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive, solution-oriented culture.</li>
<li>Experience with Flutter and UI/UX development is considered a strong advantage.</li>
