 5-7 years of product management experience, with a total of 10+ years in IT (including software engineering)

 Must have experience building or using workflow &amp; orchestration tools
 </li>

 Bonus points for strong experience building with event-based architecture

 You're a pro at building API-first products/services and understand data orchestration systems inside and out
 </li>

 Proven ability to influence stakeholders and showcase impressive improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 The knack for translating complex problems and brilliant ideas into easily understood, actionable items

 Extra Credit: Experience with identity security products like Okta, Sailpoint, Ping Identity, Oracle, IBM, or Microfocus

 Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, and Pendo
