At Regions, the Learning Solutions Architect at this level is responsible for the overall learning strategies that increase the capability of Regions’ associates to deliver on business objectives. This position is strategically aligned with key business units and is responsible for the creation of the associated curricula and learning journeys – new hire through progression. This position consults with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and the business units to identify learning needs and gaps through diagnostic assessments. This position will contribute to decisions of whether learning solutions should be internally developed or externally sourced. Additionally, this position sources external vendors and directs required modifications. This position establishes methods to determine effectiveness of both the program and strategy. The Learning Solutions Architect at this level will chair business-unit specific Learning Councils.

Learning Solutions Architects at this level are considered highly seasoned technical experts and key advisors. This level functions with a large degree of independence and participates in the creation of Learning Solutions governance/evaluation and optimizing internal processes. <br>Acts as primary Learning & Development (L&D) point of contact for HRBP and for Business Unit requests
