<ul><li>Responds daily to incoming customer questions and emails relating to issues or questions about the Company&rsquo;s various software and hardware products or other services by identifying and resolving the issue(s).</li>

<li>Independently resolve software issues and enjoy boosting customers&rsquo; satisfaction with Company.</li>

<li>Ability to communicate with vendors and staff as it relates to repair status and returning of AMSA assets-Understands and carries out oral and written directions and ability to operate independently and part of a team-Establishes and maintains cooperative and effective working relationships with others.-Attend professional development and trainings outside of district or complete online trainings as needed-Other duties, as assigned.Required Qualifications: -One year general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed below-Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution, in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred;-Working knowledge of PC operating systems, desktop applications, Google & GSuite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with the imaging process preferred;-1 - 2 years hands on computer support experience required;-Abilities to work independently in a fast-paced environment, juggling many tasks and requests; and to organize, prioritize, and complete a large volume of varying requests by a multitude of users;-A desire to learn new technologies and a willingness to apply problem solving and troubleshooting methodologies;-Ability to interact daily with users at varying technical competency levels;-Bending, pushing, moving, lifting moderately heavy objects, dexterity of hands and fingers to operate tools and diagnostic equipment, bending, kneeling, and seeing to assemble computer equipment.-Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the IT Director may find appropriate.Position Type: .6 FTEPositions Available: 1</li>
