Job Description 
The Analyst, Solutions Management will work within the North America Product Strategy &amp; Network Readiness function to execute the end-to-end cross-border service quality and readiness strategy for money movement corridors. This role ensures Visa Direct delivers predictable, resilient, and transparent performance, enabling clients to consistently experience reliability and trust at scale. The analyst will work directly with the leader to consolidate fragmented responsibilities across product, network, readiness, operations, and partner teams into a unified function that accelerates corridor commercialization, improves client confidence, and directly contributes to NAVD&rsquo;s growth and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

 The Business Solution Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet expectations of our constituents by leading a variety of programs and projects to evaluate business processes and gather requirements for complex transaction and reporting systems and adoption of test-driven development methodology, including developing, maintaining and organizing test cases, test scripts and test scenarios for the university's information systems.  Key Responsibilities

The Budget Analyst IV will provide financial management support to the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. The Budget Analyst support is needed for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Project Support Office (RS60) to support the Science and Technology Office (ST) and:

<li>Serves as a budget analyst for the Exploration Technologies &amp; Systems Development Division (ST20)</li>
<li>Provides strategic budget analysis investigating financial data to provide decision makers with crucial information, ideas, solutions and options for the effective planning and execution of the budget</li>
<li>Utilizes financial systems to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and effectively communicates and presents budget and workforce status to program management, center management, and HQ customers on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
</li><li>Monitors and tracks budgets including preparing phasing plans, PPBE submits, and cost analyses</li>
<li>Reviews, analyzes and presents budget and workforce status including detailed variance explanations with impacts and solutions
</li><li>Analyze and monitor contract funding status</li>
<li>Relies on extensive experience and judgment to coordinate business activities, make decisions, plan and accomplish goals. Works independently when necessary with minimal guidance.</li>
