The job</b><br>
As a Solutions Engineer, you will take a leading role and be a key player in delivering our SitaWare and Iris suites for our regional customers, working primarily client-side at the customer&rsquo;s premises. You will be working closely with colleagues and customers, rolling out a mission-critical system that creates value by simplifying decision-making within areas such as solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, technical training, interoperability, development, and testing.</p><br>

Your key tasks will include:</p>

<li>Providing technical support and advice both on-site and back office</li>
<li>Taking on a leading role while designing, implementing and supporting technical solutions</li>
<li>Understanding user-level concept of operations through to technical application and interface requirements</li>
<li>Ensuring that your projects are delivered within the agreed scope and time-frame</li>
<li>Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes</li>
<li>Staying up to date on the status of Systematic products and support to ensure alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps, maximising value for both our customers and our products</li>
<li>Experience with data engineering, workflows, visualisation and AI techniques</li>
<li>Providing first and second-level customer support, fault finding and root cause analysis</li>
<li>Conducting technical training for our customers &ndash; both in classroom environments and in workshop-like set-ups</li>
