Role Overview</b></h2>

We're hiring a detail-obsessed and creatively aligned <b>Production Designer</b> to join our Creative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for translating core brand assets and campaign concepts into scalable, polished executions across digital, print, retail, and internal channels. You play a crucial role in ensuring visual consistency and clarity across touchpoints &mdash; helping the brand look its best in every context.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Produce digital and print-ready assets for web, email, paid media, packaging, retail, events, internal communications, and more.</li>
<li>Extend brand campaigns into asset suites, templates, and toolkits for global or multi-channel deployment.</li>
<li>Partner with designers and art directors to ensure all creative outputs maintain brand integrity and visual cohesion.</li>
<li>Create and maintain design systems, visual libraries, and production templates.</li>
<li>Support the development of internal creative materials, such as pitch decks, presentations, and branded collateral.</li>
<li>Ensure file accuracy, correct specs, and adherence to production timelines and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Implement feedback quickly and efficiently while maintaining design quality and intent.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You Are</b></h2>
<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in production design or a creative services environment.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital production requirements, responsive design principles, and preparing assets for both digital and print output.</li>
<li>Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and file management skills.</li>
<li>Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across large volumes of deliverables.</li>
<li>Excellent time management and communication skills &mdash; able to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Bonus: experience in retail, packaging, or experiential environments.</li></ul><br>

ESPN

 ESPN Creative Studio is a unit within the Content division of ESPN. Our staff comprises of Motion Graphics, Edit, Visual Storytelling, Production Enhancements and Innovations, Creative Operations, and the Music group. Positions within Creative Studio include; Video Editors, Post Editors, Producer Editors, Sound Design, Graphic Designers, Project Managers and Art Directors, etc. We are the go-to destination to conceptualize, develop, and execute content creation across all domestic and international ESPN distribution platforms.

 The Supervising Video Editor is primarily a people leader who is responsible for managing day-to-day editorial operations and supervising video editors. Duties include; supervision of a particular area/workflow and personnel; assigning work; scheduling hours; reviewing work; providing constructive feedback, developing personnel; performance management; project coordination; and development and implementation of departmental and company policies; provide significant input in employment actions (hirings, separations, promotions etc.). The Supervising Video Editor should also have the ability to edit at a mastery level across a wide range of assignments and platforms.

   Must have good computer background (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc...)
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work on site: nights; weekends; and holidays.
  </li>

   Flexibility to alter shifts/days off to accommodate projects and departmental objectives.
