 We are looking for a Procurement &amp; Sourcing Coordinator to join our team and support supplier follow-up, purchase coordination, sourcing support, and procurement documentation within a fast-moving fashion e-commerce environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is important for improving procurement flow, organizing purchase-related paperwork, following up with suppliers and factories, and helping the business move faster on restocks, new product orders, and sourcing execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Follow up with suppliers and factories on quotations, orders, and updates
 
 
 &bull; Support purchase order preparation, tracking, and documentation
 
 
 &bull; Organize procurement files, sourcing records, and supplier information
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with internal teams regarding restocks, new product requests, and order status
 
 
 &bull; Support sourcing activities by collecting supplier details, product options, and quotations
 
 
 &bull; Track pending, confirmed, delayed, and completed orders
 
 
 &bull; Help improve procurement reporting and documentation structure
