<ul><li>To welcome the guests</li><li>To share daily activity highlights with the Manager including internal and external guest opportunities.</li><li>Is responsible for controlling the access to the Spa area.</li><li>Check bookings for the spa if there is any change or modification in these bookings.</li><li>To continuously maintain and service all equipment's related or assigned to the department, as specified in equipment manuals.</li><li>To be flexible with working hours.</li><li>To project a positive and motivated attitude.</li><li>To be fully conversant with first aid.</li><li>Assisting clients in all aspects regarding their treatment with complete information about the types of treatments offered, products used and working methods.</li><li>To be aware of and to report all guest comments or complaints.</li><li>To be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel.</li><li>Perform all massages &amp; treatments in accordance with the hotel procedures and legal regulations</li><li>Participate in all trainings organized by The Canvas or Myst Spa.</li><li>To daily follow the checklists.</li><li>To up sell the Spa services</li><li>To inform the guest of all the services available at the Spa</li><li>Be aware of all hotel events and activities</li><li>Ensure that the guest service is excellent so that he/she will return to the Spa Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations for the Spa</li><li>Have knowledge of the services offered by the hotel and encourage the guests to use them during their stay at the hotel</li><li>To always keep the working area clean and well maintained.</li><li>To provide safe working environment using appropriate materials, equipment's and supplies.</li><li>To offer a warm welcome to all guests and ensure that they enjoy their stay.</li><li>To personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.</li><li>To respect the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information.</li><li>To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it, recording it and making sure the guest is satisfied.</li><li>To call the supervisor or manager for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required.</li><li>To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.</li><li>To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.</li><li>To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments.</li><li>To be aware of the Hotel&rsquo;s Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the Hotel&rsquo;s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.</li><li>To comply with UAE legislation as required.</li><li>To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the hotel.</li><li>To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.</li><li>To attend training and meetings as and when required.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
