 Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

 Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room. Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.

 Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

 Report any complaints to the management team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upsell Spa products considering guests&rsquo; needs and departments sales targets. Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.

What you will do
<ul><li>Lead, inspire, and manage the Spa &amp; Retail team, including direct supervision of the Spa Manager and Team, ensuring alignment with the hotel's goals and Four Seasons brand standards.
</li><li>Define and execute the long-term vision and positioning of the Spa, Fitness and Retail offerings to remain competitive, innovative, and guest-centric.
</li><li>Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive guest engagement, wellness programming, membership offerings and retail performance.
</li><li>Oversee daily operations of the Spa, Gym, Changing Rooms, Retail Boutique, Guest Activity Programs and Relaxation Lounges.

Position Overview
The Commercial Director for Hilton Kuwait Resorts will lead the commercial strategy to maximize total revenue and market share across all resort segments, including Rooms, F&amp;B, GC&amp;E, Leisure, Spa, and ancillary services. This role drives profitability, supports brand positioning, enhances customer focus, and ensures commercial excellence across all channels. The position is also an integral partner in pre-opening, refurbishment projects, and long-term commercial planning.
Commercial Strategy &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>
Develop and execute a data-driven commercial strategy that delivers budgeted revenue targets across all streams.</li><li>
Optimize channel mix, pricing strategies, upselling, and route-to-market plans to ensure maximum profitability.</li><li>
Lead weekly business reviews and long-term strategy meetings (current year + 5-year outlook).</li><li>
Support Revenue Management &amp; RMCC teams in forecasting, demand analysis, and pricing approvals.</li><li>
Leadership &amp; Team Development</li><li>
Lead, coach, recruit, and retain a high-performance commercial team across Sales, Marketing, PR, Revenue, and eCommerce.</li><li>
Drive a 4D leadership structure on property, ensuring collaboration across all disciplines.</li><li>
Promote Hilton culture, brand values, and performance-driven KPIs.</li></ul>
Stakeholder &amp; Owner Relations<ul><li>
Act as a key business partner to the General Manager and primary contact for owners and stakeholders.</li><li>
Present commercial plans and results to VP Operations, regional teams, and investors.</li><li>
Build strong relationships across Hilton&rsquo;s matrix teams and leverage support functions.</li></ul>
Financial Management<ul><li>
Drive top-line revenue while maintaining cost control and maximizing TGOP/EBITDA performance.</li><li>
Negotiate vendor contracts, manage budgets, and track ROI on key campaigns.</li><li>
Ensure all systems and tools (Hilton Commercial Focus, OnQ, FMS, Delphi, etc.) are utilized to full potential.</li></ul>
Marketing &amp; Brand Positioning<ul><li>
Lead integrated resort marketing and public relations strategies with area and brand support teams.</li><li>
Ensure brand compliance across visual identity, digital presence, partnerships, and guest experience touchpoints.</li><li>
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy.</li></ul>
Pre-Opening &amp; Project-Based Responsibilities (pre-opening phases)<ul><li>
Oversee commercial readiness, budgeting, and positioning strategy.</li><li>
Coordinate with operations, HR, and training teams to ensure launch readiness.</li><li>
Build pre-opening sales plans, events strategy, and stakeholder communication updates.</li><li>
Maintain resilience in fast-paced phases while keeping guest focus as top priority.</li></ul>
Success candidates have the following qualifications:<ul><li>
Relevant and proven experience in a commercial, sales, or revenue leadership role in hospitality/travel.</li><li>
Relevant and proven experience in budget management and strategic decision-making.</li><li>
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Relevant and proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.</li><li>
Fluent in English. Local market knowledge or Arabic language is an advantage.</li><li>
Ideally you have worked in a multi-complex or resort environment experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of Marketing, Finance, eCommerce, and Brand Strategy.
