Position Purpose:</b></p><p>
This position serves as the primary NICB contact with member companies and law enforcement agencies providing advice on preventing and combating insurance related crime and fraud in their designated geographical areas. Special Agents are responsible for initiating and conducting investigations which result in the dismantlement of organized groups/rings, arrests of those involved, loss mitigations, restitution, and reduction of insurance fraud. The position functions as the investigative arm of the NICB, working in cooperation with member companies, law enforcement and other associated agencies to combat insurance related crime.</p><p><b>
Work Arrangement and Description:</b></p><p>
This is a field position which means that the individual is assigned to an Area of Responsibility (AOR) and must travel within that AOR in order to fulfill their job responsibilities.</p><p><b>

 The Computer Crimes Team and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force have original jurisdiction in ICAC crimes and provide investigative assistance to city, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies throughout Wyoming and other states. The unit conducts forensic analysis on computers and digital evidence. In addition, the unit investigates Internet Crimes Against Children, Child Sex trafficking, and other cyber-crime investigations.<br>

 This position is for an Internet Crimes Against Children / Computer Crimes Team Agent. The position is responsible for the full investigation of Cyber tips, Peer 2 Peer investigations, community awareness, undercover, and overt investigations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suspects and frequently obtaining and reviewing Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSAM). Additionally, the position will interview suspects involving child exploitation, and prepare subpoenas, and search warrants for property, Electronic Service Providers, and electronic devices. Successful candidates will also be responsible for assisting and working closely with other law enforcement agencies and affiliates assigned to the Wyoming ICAC Task Force. This position entails extensive travel both in and out of state, sometimes several days in a row. This position is funded with the ICAC Grant.<br>

Perform responsible investigative duties in a designated geographic area of the State of Texas and is assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) of the Texas Department of Public Safety. 5. Develop, gather, receive, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence information related to criminal activity.</p><p>
