This position is responsible for a variety of functions to help support this 24-hour facility providing services for adult clients. This position will provide case management, assists with treatment plan follow through and provide support during individual, group therapy services. This position will also work closely with the clinical team of Clinicians, medical staff, and direct care staff to meet the individual mental health needs of the adults. <b>Our first application review will begin on June 19.</b></div>

Conducts assessments of individuals' background and applicable circumstances to identify needs and/or determine service eligibility; interprets and communicates relevant information to individuals, families, and other stakeholders.</li><li>
Develops plans to address the needs of individuals in single or multiple areas of focus; networks with other community agencies to research and coordinate a variety of resources and services to address short term intensive or long term individual needs; encourages the establishment and maintenance of support systems; consults and collaborates with other providers in the development, implementation and review of plans.</li><li>
Provides a variety of services for a designated case load of individuals with multi-faceted and/or ongoing needs; ensures services provided are consistent with individual plans; initiates and attends individual and/or group meetings and provides services in a community based setting; provides transportation of individuals according to the needs identified in plans; organizes and facilitates skill development and support groups.</li><li>
Completes and submits documentation regarding services provided; evaluates and documents individuals' progress according to measurable goals; reviews quality and effectiveness of services provided.</li></ul>

Requirements for Case Supervisors:</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they implement treatment plans with fidelity.</li><li>
Provide ongoing supervision, feedback, and training to ABA staff.</li><li>
Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor the quality of service delivery.</li><li>
Ensure accurate data collection during sessions on client progress and behavior changes.</li><li>
Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications. Use data to adjust goals, teaching strategies, and behavior interventions as needed.</li><li>
Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions and techniques to ensure consistency across environments.</li><li>
Maintain regular communication with families to discuss progress, challenges, and program updates. Address family concerns and incorporate family feedback into the treatment plan.</li><li>
Ensure proper documentation of all services provided, including session notes, data sheets, and progress reports.</li><li>
Manage any crisis situations involving clients (e.g., aggressive behaviors) and ensure proper intervention.</li><li>
Stay updated on and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other governing bodies.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Must possess a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.</li><li>
Two years of experience in ABA or a related field. Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services is a huge plus!</li><li>
Enrolled as graduate student in an applied behavior analysis leading to certification of BCBA (Preferred)</li><li>
A thorough understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.</li><li>
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.</li><li>
Must provide proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus during our onboarding, which we will pay for.</li><li>
You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you must have a reliable form of transportation, including a valid driver&rsquo;s license and car insurance.</li><li>
Maintain active participation for the length of the entire session by engaging in play and keeping up with the energy of the child, which may include squatting down, bending over and playing on the floor</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Compensation: </b>$25.00 - $35.00 Hourly (DOE)</p><p><b>
