The Talent Coordinator is to provide leadership to meet identified needs of students in Gifted Education, and PD for staff development. The Talent Coordinator will K-12 provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all special education programs and interventions. This role ensures that services for gifted students and students with disabilities and other special needs are effectively designed, implemented, and continuously improved in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Utilize elements of the student-centered coaching model to collaborate with teachers and teams on planning for instruction and activities for Tier I/II Differentiation (all classrooms) and Tier II/III Differentiation (cluster classrooms).</li><li>
Models differentiated lessons with teachers (K-12) classroom teachers including Intervention Specialists.</li><li>
