 Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Guest Services &amp; Special Events to join the resort&rsquo;s Event Operations team.

 The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

   Assist in drafting departmental policies and procedures for Guest Services during special events.

   Support the development of processes for billing, reservations, ticketing, and hospitality experiences.
  </li>

   Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming, and F&amp;B teams to align guest service protocols with the annual events calendar.

   Contribute to pre-opening training programs for Guest Services team members.

 The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

   Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in catering events within a 5-star hotel environment
  </li>

   Excellent knowledge of catering policies and procedures
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

   Proficient in MS Office applications, Delphi, Opera, and Passkey systems
  </li>
