You will be a part of seasoned, highly qualified team that performs geotechnical and materials engineering, Construction Materials Testing (CMT), and construction inspections of some of the most highly complex and transformational infrastructure projects in our region.  Core Responsibilities

 In accordance with training and the specified procedures, perform inspection of construction processes, inspection and testing of various construction materials for compliance with specifications, codes, and standards. Perform pre-task planning prior to executing work.
 </li>

 Prepare timely and accurate reports and documentation of inspection activities. Accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness of results required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Read and interpret construction specifications and drawings, and follow operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals to understand the requirements for inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides technical support to less experienced special inspectors which includes feedback and coaching on best practices in inspection techniques, sampling, testing, and reporting. Ensure that inspectors have the competencies to apply technical knowledge to construction and material assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with managers and other staff to ensure safety protocols are followed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain and maintain advanced certification levels to support unique project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate experience and proficiency in multiple areas of field testing and inspection.
 </li>

 Clean, calibrate, maintain, and store testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results. Maintains equipment in good working order and adheres to related calibration and storage.

Senior Welding Inspector

<div>The Munitions Inspection Element Supervisor is identified as a highly experienced Supervisor capable and responsible for the effective management of the assigned Element in accordance with established safety, technical, operational accountability standards and PWS contractual requirements. This position is the technical expert and advisor for the USAF Munitions Surveillance Program (MSP). Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS). Also performs surveillance inspections of munitions to determine and identify serviceability, potential hazards and possible deterioration. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities<ul>
<li>
Manages and is responsible for all assigned personnel and equipment in the Element, ensuring maximum utilization and conservation of resources.</li>
<li>Manages the Element according to the applicable sections of AFMAN 21-200, DAFMAN 21-201 and Munitions SOP.</li>
<li>In the event of an emergency, takes necessary control and timely response actions.</li>
<li>Enforces strict adherence of all applicable directives; i.e., technical, safety, security, quality.</li>
<li>Implements timely corrective actions of all discrepancies identified during internal/external audits.</li>
<li>Develops and manages production efforts, goals and levels according to contractual requirements.</li>
<li>Inspects munitions stockpile, facilities, tools, MMHE, support vehicles and equipment to ensure serviceability and determines causes of negative performance trends.</li>
<li>Evaluates technical skills of personnel for conformance to established standards.</li>
<li>Develops production schedules and goals to meet requirements of daily timelines, special taskers, special projects and contingency support.</li>
<li>Utilizes TICMS to the maximum extent possible in all production efforts and processes.</li>
<li>Verifies that personnel complete all accountability documentation that is an integral part of production actions and submit on a timely manner to Operations Section.</li>
<li>Identifies and advises the Munitions Accountability Section Chief of limiting factors that may impact performance goals.</li>
<li>Advises Munitions Accountability Section Chief about personnel performance and all production actions, to include root causes and solutions to correct negative trends in the Element's performance.</li>
<li>Monitors the skills, proficiency of assigned personnel as it impacts production efforts.</li>
<li>Conducts sample surveillance audits of different processes in the Element.</li>
<li>Interfaces and coordinates with the deployed Munitions Flight management as needed.</li>
<li>Tracks training requirements and ensures personnel receive necessary training.</li>
<li>Ensures personnel properly utilize CTKS, special tool needs, bench stock requirements, MMHE and support equipment commensurate with production efforts.</li>
<li>Ensures that personnel accurately calculate and observe the net explosives limits of all storage and operating locations commensurate with production actions.</li>
<li>Verifies that visual inspections on lightning protection and static ground systems are performed and documented in accordance with applicable governing publications.</li>
<li>Performs entry-controller duties as required.</li>
<li>Ensures Munitions Control is informed of fire symbol, hazard marker, Risk Category or classified munitions changes that effect munitions storage and maintenance facilities.</li>
<li>May be appointed as the Senior Munitions Inspector during the incumbent's absence.</li>
<li>Works necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.</li>

Minimum Requirements<ul>

Must have intermediate level knowledge of the USAF Supply and Tech Order systems or US service equivalent.</li>
<li>Must have intermediate level knowledge of current MIS applicable to PGM activities.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.</li>
<li>May be required to operate material handling equipment.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>

<li>Must have a minimum seven years of experience with Military Munitions.</li>

Perform &ldquo;Hold&rdquo;, &ldquo;Witness&rdquo; and &ldquo;Surveillance&rdquo; inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
Qualification: B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience in the relevant inspection discipline. OR two (2) years of industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.<ul><li>
Assistant Inspectors (Coating, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).</li></ul>
Monitor and/or perform inspection activities of projects (including procurement and construction) and operation phases.
Qualification: Technical college diploma from a recognized local institute with the completion of all required job tasks.OR fresh Bachelor's degree holders in the inspection discipline (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical etc.,) 
Qualifications

Previous experience on Aramco projects is preferred, but not mandatory</li><li>
Relevant professional certifications for each position</li><li>
Good knowledge of international codes and standards</li><li>
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>
