Responsibilities:

Develops strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies.</li><li>
Collaborates with corporate business functions (marketing, supply chain, operations, sales) to share creativity and results which leads to best practices across the organization.</li></ul>
Territory Management<ul><li>
Represents Galt Pharmaceuticals through a demonstrated understanding of Galt's Vision and Principles.</li><li>
Understands the social/political culture of communities within the franchised territory.</li><li>
Performs data analysis to evaluate targeting, trends and prospecting.</li><li>
Uses tools such as CRM, sales and prescription data to measure performance and activities.</li><li>
Approaches territory management through people centricity rather than by targeting competitive products.</li><li>
Represents Galt Pharmaceuticals within the territory as &quot;A Better Way&quot; to deliver pharmaceutical care, one patient at a time.</li><li>
Prepares for and adapts to changes in the business, territory and market that results in continued growth of accounts.</li><li>
Makes sound financial decisions saving on time and expenses.</li><li>
When required, work with accounting and compliance departments to assist with collecting any payments, and required documentation for pharmacy accounts.</li><li>
Implements efficient routing and execution of market strategy in healthcare offices, pharmacies, physicians, and anchor pharmacies based upon the Galt Sales Process.</li></ul>

 We are seeking aggressive, results-oriented individuals who will be able to drive branded prescription sales within a defined territory.  The Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will promote our branded products as well as additional brands. The primary call point will be Endocrinology, Primary Care and Women's Health.  Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

 Calling on assigned territory healthcare providers and informing those healthcare providers about the features and benefits of our products, explaining the characteristics, uses, dosages, value add programs for our HCP's and their patients as well as the ability to effectively communicate other relevant educational information as directed by management in order to grow market share

 Consistently develop a partnership selling style that includes an ability to use all available promotional literature and selling tools (excel based reports, market share &amp; usage reports, etc,) during sales calls as assigned.

 Educate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with assigned territory healthcare providers and their staff, to further the progress of the company business

 Continuously improve selling skills, product and competitor product knowledge by completing required training courses, working with your managers, and reviewing available information provided by the product management team and/or Acella Pharmaceuticals medical affairs team.

 Candidate must have minimum of Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A., or B.S.N.) from a four year accredited college or university.
