Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, helping individuals improve their speech, language, cognitive-communication, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.</li><li>
Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.</li><li>
Provide therapy sessions focusing on articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties.</li><li>
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance communication and swallowing function.</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational and physical therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.</li><li>
Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.</li><li>
Licensure: Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist</li><li>
Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (preferred).</li><li>
Experience: Prior experience in speech therapy (preferred but not required).</li><li>
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.</li><li>
Certifications: CPR certification (preferred).</li></ul>
