Job Overview</div>
<div>Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday&ndash;Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.</div>

The pay ranges from $50&ndash;$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us. 
</div> <div>Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Teach classes for students ages 5&ndash;10 using provided lesson plans.</li>
<li>Manage class size (8&ndash;16 students) and maintain a positive environment.</li>
<li>Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.</li>
<li>Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)</li>
<li>Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.</li>
<li>Capture a few class photos for documentation.</li>
</ul><div>Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>Must be 19+ years old upon application</li>
<li>Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.</li>
<li>Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting</li>
<li>Flexible, reliable, and punctual</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work</li>
