Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>To work on a wide variety of implementation, roll-out projects, and Application Enhancement Requests</li>
<li>Take care of SAP Basis and S/4 HANA administration. Should have worked on database migration projects like AWS to Azure.</li>
<li>The role would entail gathering and analyzing/designing/developing/testing requirements.</li>
<li>Propose solutions as per the best practices and provide estimates and timelines.</li>
<li>Experience in SAP Basis Administration.</li>
<li>Experience in SAP S/4 HANA administration.</li>
<li>Good exposure to SAP Cloud Platform BTP</li>
<li>Results-oriented with decision-making capabilities in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment</li>
<li>Team player and open to working in a highly collaborative environment and able to communicate with a diverse audience.</li>
<li>Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking ability.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to apply business and technical concepts in a work environment.</li>

<li>Specialized knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platform or product.</li>

<li>Drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation.</li>

<li>Specialized knowledge of solution design, scope analysis, and building blocks for business cases.</li>
<li>Identifying key business drivers and translating them into solution components</li>
<li>Creating diagrams from use cases and updating design specifications</li>
<li>Understanding functional specifications and designing flexible solutions</li>
<li>Collaborating with stakeholders to explain the solution approach</li>
<li>Offering solution options based on research and coordinating process playbacks and reviews for business solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirement Gathering and Analysis:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Specialized knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools &amp; methodologies.</li>
<li>Extract requirements for complex scenarios and prototype independently.</li>
<li>Identify modules impacted, features/functionalities impacted and arrive at high level estimates.</li>
<li>Develop traceability matrix and identify transition requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Test Management:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Able to create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required and verify system build, test environment and iteration test plan.</li>
<li>Create business scenario test cases and automation test scripts based on understanding of functionality requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct regression tests as required and impact analysis when a defect fix is made.</li></ul><br>
