In this position, the Sr Manager Finance will be expected to provide financial leadership, direction and analysis to the functional management team. The Senior Manager of Cash Management serves as a strategic financial leader responsible for the comprehensive oversight and optimization of the company's treasury operations. This role manages cash management, banking relationships external and internal parent, liquidity planning, and treasury systems to support the organization's long-term financial strategy. The Senior Manager provides data-driven insights and analytics, including cash flow forecasting and risk analysis, enabling executive leadership to make informed decisions regarding the company's capital resources. This position ensures compliance with treasury-related GAAP principles and serves as the primary liaison with banks, credit card processors, and financial institutions.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Implement and administer all aspects of the cash flow process for the Company, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership</li><li>
Act as the liaison with all banks, credit card processors, and financial institutions; monitors fees and financial services requirements as needed</li><li>
Responsible for oversight of corporate and store banking, credit card transactions, credit card chargebacks, establishing credit card merchant numbers and bank accounts for all new store locations</li><li>
Work closely with the Treasury counterparts with our parent JPG</li><li>
Continually evaluate the Treasury operations functions and processes of the Company</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring compliance with debt funding covenants as needed</li><li>
Manage all customer service inquiries related to all Treasury functions and oversight (i.e. credit card transaction processing)</li><li>
Work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure achievement of Cash Flow targets</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Hiring pay range: $104,768.00 - 137,508.00
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of sound Treasury concepts and functions with experience in banking, treasury systems and processes.</li><li>
Extensive working knowledge of FASB Treasury rules. Works in compliance with GAAP</li><li>
Proficient in cash forecasting, cash management, liquidity strategy and banking services</li><li>
Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to present information to suit the audience</li><li>
Strong management skills with experience managing and developing support staff</li><li>
Able to effectively communicate complex financial information</li><li>
Excellent time management, multi-tasking abilities, and resolution follow-through</li><li>
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Exhibit a strong sense of ownership of the treasury function with curiosity and passion to match</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience in retail, grocery, or multi-location business environment</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)</li><li>
Experience using automated tools for reconciliations</li></ul>
Experience: 7 minimum years related experience inclusive of 5 years cash management in a treasury department, 5 minimum years management, supervisory, and/or leadership experience
Education: 4 year/Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience/training. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
Licenses/Certifications: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA designation preferred
