 The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing &ndash; Technology &amp; Online is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve the financial performance of the Technology &amp; Online organizations and make specific recommendations for both cost out and cost avoidance. This person is responsible for continuous opportunity assessment related to commodities and categories within their span of control, and will be held accountable for specific goals and objectives in support of the overall departmental metrics. The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing &ndash; Technology &amp; Online is responsible for all contractual agreements as well as compliance with purchase to pay and/or accounting control activities. With strategic partnership and alliance, this person supports cross functional activities across multiple organizations such as, Store Operations, IT, Technology, Online, Legal, and Finance. This person will be responsible for $250mm-$1bb in annual spend.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 20% Strategic planning and opportunity assessment for key sourcing categories across entire enterprise. Set the strategic vision and goals and ensure execution of all common procurement strategies including supplier management, contract management, common procurement tools, and reporting.

 10% Support the centralized procurement function responsible for consolidated purchasing of goods and services (e.g., fixed/capital assets, leased assets, services, supplies, travel, etc.) that support the entire organization, while continuously identifying and implementing cost saving/containment ideas

 15% Lead negotiations for products and services within the assigned categories ensuring THD's specifications and quality for the best value are met.

The SAP Functional SME - SCM Sourcing is responsible for delivering expert guidance and ensuring the functional correctness of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Sourcing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
