BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>2+ years of program or project management experience</li><li>1+ years of supply chain experience</li><li>Experience as procurement/purchasing analyst, or other operational role within a procurement organization</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams</li><li>Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements</li><li>1+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). <div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Summary of Responsibilities</b></h2></div>
<p></p><div><ul><li>Perform advanced and confidential administrative support duties, including composing routine correspondence, meeting minutes, scheduling, calendaring, budgeting, and obtaining factual information requiring knowledge of policies/procedures of both assigned and work-related areas. Performs other administrative assistant functions, including creating electronic payroll action forms, requisitions, proofing correspondence, scheduling conference rooms and food, and maintaining and ordering office supplies. Performs administrative tasks for Advancement Services, including but not limited to printing, scheduling, purchasing, travel arrangements, etc.</li><li>
Assist AVP and senior directors with donor outreach by making phone calls, sending out event invites and other communication, scheduling meetings, etc. This position will also support the AVP of Strategic Engagement with necessary engagement /fundraising efforts and activities. They will assist with coordinating events, meetings, etc., where donors and potential donors will be in attendance. This position will also track budgets for engagement/fundraising efforts to support reconciliation and planning for Strategic Engagement.</li><li>
Conduct necessary donor-related research and help prepare the Strategic Engagement leadership team for key events and activities. This individual will attend and lead all team-related activities.</li><li>
