 Required Skills &amp; Experience:

   5&ndash;8 years of program management experience in technology or infrastructure organizations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with regulatory audits (RBI, NPCI, etc.) preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or audit enablement is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
