The Staff Analyst candidate in this position plays a vital and outsized role as the effective support and business integration arms for the Technology leader and team.</p><p></p><p>
The Staff Analyst role is a blend of both administrative and strategic efforts &ndash; both of which are required to keep the organization and team running at max effectiveness. In this role, you get to be in unique position effectuating that effectiveness for a 150+ global team.</p><p></p><p>

Support organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g. long-range plans, organizational goals) that meet requirements and performance with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Gather complex data by researching and integrating from multiple sources to compile and create distinct content for executive/management reviews which effectuate performance.</li><li>
Coordinate and perform a variety of business support services or tasks as the primary organization representative. Able to do so under quick timelines.</li><li>
Provide support or own special projects as needed which vary in size, scope, duration.</li><li>
Participate in and support the development, planning and execution for organizational engagement initiatives such as employee survey action planning; all-team meetings; award programs; employee recognition; safety activities; tours; open houses, etc.</li></ul><p></p><p>
Driving Organizational Performance &amp; Analytics</p><ul><li>
Partner with business leaders to collate staffing strategy across the organization and monitor performance-to-plan.</li><li>
Design and build dashboards to report, monitor, and extract insights on organizational performance. This encompasses design, defining requirements, and working with business intelligence teams as necessary to build out dashboard suite.</li><li>
Own and maintain organization-level dashboards and KPI&rsquo;s such as headcount, attrition, productivity metrics, project health, budget utilization, demand vs. capacity, etc.</li><li>
Leverage analytics tools (PowerPivot, PowerBI, Tableau) to enable data visualization necessary for interpreting metrics and reporting.</li></ul><p></p><p>
Meeting Planning, Execution and Effectiveness</p><ul><li>
Facilitate and run team meetings (both in-person and virtually) for a global audience.</li><li>
Plans and execute all logistics for internal/external events inclusive of all-team meetings, workshops, conferences, leadership events and customer meetings.</li></ul><p></p><p>
Administrative Support</p><ul><li>
Proactively manages Outlook calendars and virtual resource tools to support appointments, meetings, events, and business travel.</li><li>
Coordinates and reconciles schedule conflicts with multiple executives, managers, customers, partners and suppliers.</li><li>
Coordinates and makes domestic and international business travel arrangements and monitors on-going logistics for all designated travelers.</li><li>
Coordinates with management and internal subject matter experts to complete travel visa requirements.</li></ul><p></p><p>
This position is designated to be fully onsite - meaning the final candidate will be working in the office 5 days a week during core business hours. (Flexibility granted on an ad hoc basis to support global meetings outside of core business hours). The final candidate must be willing to work flexible hours (early or late as needed) to interface with Boeing personnel around the world (specifically those in North America). The reporting location for this position is 715 P Street in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the supervision of Staff Services Manager I.</p><p>
The Staff Services Analyst will serve as the Commute Coordinator and is responsible for independently performing analytical functions as they pertain to issuing and distributing employee badge identification cards, ensure appropriate security parameters, perform auditing and maintain the database of additions and deletions of active badge IDs. The SSA will spearhead and coordinate multiple programs that provide employees with commuter information, resources or benefits. Responsible for all commuter requests and services for the Sacramento Region including the issuance of Connect Transit Cards and identifying the correct subsidy for employees. Maintains all commute program databases, audit Connect Card usage for compliance, maintains and keeps inventory all accountable documents, develops purchase orders, receipts and vouchers monthly payments in Fi$Cal, reconciles accounts each month, and maintains the database of current users and payments.</p><p>
Incumbent will also assist with processing daily Facility Services requests, addressing building maintenance issues, coordinating work requests, and follow up conversations. Develop POs, procure supplies, and create payments to vendors. Serve on the Headquarters Emergency Response Team and update the D.A.M. manual chapter 1000- Building Services</p><p>
