The Corporate Nurse Educator position is responsible for providing staff development expertise as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, and researcher. In collaboration with Nursing leadership and others, coordinate and establish the education plan on an annual and ongoing basis. Instrumental in creating a professional nursing climate within CH.<br>

Responsibilities:

SCOPE: Working independently, designs, develops, and implements training and education for clinical staff. Determines competency requirements for key clinical staff and designs and develops competency tests. Performs administrative duties such as maintaining training requirements and history and measuring results of training. Prepares and analyzes various management reports related to training programs. Demonstrates knowledge of age specific differences in the patient population including late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, and the elderly. This includes physiological, psychological, and developmental differences unique to each group. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards.</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
