SUMMARY
The Sr. Layout Welder is able to interact with all Production teammates and who can do their own fixturing and setup their own processes completely independently. All welders need to be extremely fast paced, self-motivated, team players who can keep their area clean and organized, can TIG and MIG stainless steel safely, proficiently and quickly
This role will be working heavily on the electrical enclosures, specifically the doors and panels along with finish grinding the weldments. This mostly requires MIG welding 14ga CRS, stud welding, and doing cosmetic post weld grinding and material handling. They will also help with other welding needs as capacity allows/requires.
