Position Summary for the SMT Kitting &amp; Stock Room Clerk:
Prepping Surface Mount Technology Machine reels &amp; feeder set up and assists in stockroom by storing and issuing materials and maintains stock inventory in stockroom and/or warehouse by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the SMT Kitting &amp; Stock Room Clerk at Altek includes the following:<ul><li>
 Actively participates in quality initiatives by participating in problem solving, process improvements and performance measurements.</li><li>
Follows Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) guidelines to ensure reliability of parts</li><li>
Responsible for understanding &amp; following company, and or manufacturing guidelines/procedures</li><li>
Responsible for following established safety rules &amp; 6S</li><li>
Assists in other departments as necessary</li></ul>
 SMT Kitting<ul><li>
Kit check in and inspection</li><li>
Stencil pull and inspect</li><li>
Delegate components requiring prep by other departments</li><li>
Collaborate with engineering to update pick lists requiring uprev or modification</li><li>
Inspect pulled kits for accuracy and alignment with the pick list</li><li>
