 Job Summary
 
 The Store Keeper is fully responsible and accountable for receiving, storing, securing and the issuance of products, in addition to the delivery of products invoiced to the front delivery counter. The job role focuses on leading all relevant processes in alignment with Alghanim policies and procedures. He is also accountable for sound housekeeping of the storage area, conducting inventories, reporting dented items and discrepancies to store manager.
 
 Job Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handles accurate receipt of goods at the showroom
 </li>
 <li>
 Reports discrepancies, dented and damaged products to Store Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to storing, labelling and recording damaged and dented items
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Section Heads to have received items displayed at the showroom, and highlights any items not displayed to the store management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures accurate stock counts and inventory results
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures quick access to stored products and sound delivery process
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures safe product movement to reduce shrinkage
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for adequate and accurate data updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for running auto replenishment reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures issuance of Post Goods Issue (PGI) for items sold from back-storage
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for all stock transfers to other showrooms and returns to suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Arranges sending dented items to dented house-ware according to pre-set schedule
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures all back-store&rsquo;s activities in alignment with organizational policies &amp; procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains back-store&rsquo;s cost control measures in alignment with business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures sound housekeeping at the back-store
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures back-store&rsquo;s employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 Candidate Requirements
 <ul>
 <li>
 0-2 years of process improvement experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English and Arabic language capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Have eye for details &amp; Good Analytical Skill
 </li>
 </ul>
 Education Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree
