The Warehouser supports safe, efficient handling of materials to ensure accurate storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role contributes to smooth warehouse operations by following established procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The position collaborates closely with supervisors and team members to meet production and customer requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
<ul><li>Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
</li><li>Perform internal product transfers using FIFO.
</li><li>Collect raw material samples for quality testing when required.
</li><li>Store and rotate inventory per procedures.
</li><li>Report non‑conforming materials.
</li><li>Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers.
</li><li>Assist with freight management activities.
</li><li>Inspect transport equipment for safe handling.
</li><li>Prepare and stage customer orders.
</li><li>Maintain accurate paperwork and daily inventory.
</li><li>Keep work areas clean and dispose of materials properly.
</li><li>Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment; report defects.
</li><li>Complete forklift checklists and other assigned tasks.
</li></ul>Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>High school diploma.
</li><li>1 year warehouse or similar experience.
</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to work independently.
</li><li>Ability to use MS Office and ERP systems.
</li></ul>Preferred Requirements
<ul><li>Forklift operation experience.
</li><li>Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform bending, walking, and stair climbing.
</li></ul>Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $19.45 per hour + $0.75 shift differential.

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our caf&eacute;&rsquo;s inventory and store operations. You will handle sensitive culinary stock, manage relationships with local supplier deliveries, and maintain optimal storage conditions for dry goods and perishables. Your role is vital to ensuring our baristas and kitchen staff always have the fresh ingredients they need.Responsibilities :<ul><li>Stock Rotation: Enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to ensure freshness and minimize food waste</li><li>Perishable Management: Monitor expiration dates daily and ensure temperature-controlled storage meets food safety standards</li><li>Receiving &amp; Inspection: Verify daily deliveries of coffee beans, dairy, fresh produce, and pastry against delivery notes</li><li>Quality Control: Inspect incoming food and beverage items for freshness, packaging damage, or temperature breaches</li><li>Inventory Tracking: Count high-value items like specialty coffee beans, syrups, and branded merchandise daily</li><li>Data Management: Update our restaurant management software / POS inventory module accurately</li><li>Order Fulfillment: Issue daily beans, milk, cups, and kitchen supplies to front-of-house and back-of-house teams</li><li>Hygiene &amp; Safety: Keep the storeroom, walk-in chillers, and freezers clean, sanitary, and compliant with local health regulations</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications :<ul><li>Education: High school diploma; certifications in food safety is a plus</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&amp;B storekeeping, caf&eacute; operations, or hospitality inventory</li><li>F&amp;B Knowledge: Strong understanding of food storage regulations, shelf-life management, and cold chain protocols</li><li>Technical Skills: Familiarity with restaurant POS inventory modules or hospitality supply chain software</li><li>ERP Software: Knowledge of Foodics and Odoo ERP software</li></ul>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
